Peak influence. Those aligned with you will find you—no need to search. What you are draws what accords with your nature. Water to water, fire to fire.
Commentary
Flying dragon in the heavens—it furthers one to see the great person. You have reached the sphere of full influence; your effect becomes visible throughout the world. This is the ruler's position, the '九五之尊' from which all Chinese emperors took their title. Everyone who encounters you may count themselves fortunate.
